Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Studio Zero mobile application ("the App") operated by Studio Zero ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Studio Zero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Studio Zero is an AI-powered mobile application that transforms product photos into professional-quality images. The App uses artificial intelligence to process and enhance your photos.
3. User Accounts
Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Studio Zero offers subscription plans with additional features:
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Studio Zero to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Create fake, misleading, or fraudulent product images
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to your original photos. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing our service.
Our Content: The App, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by Studio Zero and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Studio Zero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- AI-generated results will meet your specific requirements
- The service will be available at all times
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Studio Zero operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
